LINC, the Local Inland Northwest Cooperative, was established to create meaningful, new markets for Inland NW agricultural goods right here in our region.
Deeply committed to source-identification and quality, we see connecting the customers and partners directly to our member-farmers as the best way to develop and sustain value for the value-creators themselves: the farms of the Inland Northwest. The malting facility in was launched in 2016 by our team in Spokane Valley, WA as a way to create a regional market for our grain growers though craft malt—having identified the brewing and distilling communities in our region as deeply committed to quality, innovation, connection and community.
